Our Program
We run a 7-week long program focused on CEO scaling. Each week, we cover a different company-building topic ranging from executive hiring and management to scaling engineering and scaling people.
Each session is taught by CEOs and operators from the world's best companies because we believe founders and operators are the best teachers, not investors. These experienced operators provide tactical advice founders can implement today, share inside stories, and discuss issues they faced while scaling their companies. We also share our perspectives based on our experience working with over 100 growth-stage companies in the last 10 years.
The program requires 1-2 hours of time per week for 7 weeks and we are strict on attendance. We keep batch sizes small and between 10-12 companies. Our first batch had 11 companies. This enables sessions to stay tactically relevant for each company.

One of the hardest aspects of building a business is understanding what great looks like - leadership teams; CEO operating principles; cultural norms. The program assembled the strongest group of speakers you could imagine for understanding the paths to scaling a successful venture business.

The program was excellent. Primarily they invited some of the most exceptional CEOs who have faced similar challenges that we are going through now. The program is well-structured, filling in a lot of the blind spots we had over the next 24 month horizon.
The program was so helpful for our stage. I loved learning from exceptional guests like Tony Xu, founder of Doordash. The sessions were not fireside chats you can find online. These founders shared the raw, vulnerable stories and lots of tactical advice on how to scale. I have learned a ton from it.
Two of the most important things you need as a founder: 1) advice from founders who are at a stage ahead of you so they can tell you all the ways they screwed up so you don't make those same mistakes and 2) peers who are the same stage to lament with about all the ways you still screw up.
Avra has both of these things. Both sets of founders are some of the best in the world and the advice was on point. Concretely: the advice on exec hiring directly informed the process for an exec we were hiring at the time and I don't think we would have hired that person were it not for the program.
Avra pulled together an incredible group of founders building great companies, with whom I was able to build lasting friendships during the program. Anu and team have a strong network of mentors who shared their experiences and war stories, which I often refer back to when thinking through how to tackle the challenges we face as a company.
